The Sponsor (as identified in Section 13) is conducting a promotional giveaway (the "Giveaway") through participating content creators on Instagram in connection with the Fútbol Fiesta Fan Fest and the Mexico vs. Australia match in Pasadena on May 30. Winners are selected based on their responses and participation in the post. This is not a random drawing.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States or Mexico who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of selection and who have a valid Instagram account in good standing.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, their immediate family members and household members, and any agencies, partners, or vendors involved in the Giveaway are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Winners will be selected by the participating creator based on the creativity and enthusiasm of participants' responses and engagement within the post. This is not a random drawing. The selection criteria, methodology, and decision are entirely at the creator's discretion and are final.

The Giveaway will run from the date the creator's post is published through May 30, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period").

A total of ten (10) winners will be selected per participating creator. Each winner will receive three (3) tickets to the Mexico vs. Australia match, for a total of thirty (30) tickets distributed per creator. The selection decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Selected winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message. Winners must respond to the notification and provide any information reasonably requested for prize fulfillment — including their full name, email address, phone number, and information for their guests — within the timeframe specified in the message.

Failure to respond within the specified timeframe or failure to provide the requested information will result in disqualification, and the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner at its discretion.

Each winner will receive three (3) tickets to the Mexico vs. Australia match in Pasadena on May 30. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless required by applicable law. Prizes are awarded "as is" without warranty of any kind.

The prize consists solely of event tickets. The Sponsor does not provide and is not responsible for any travel, flights, lodging, ground transportation, meals, or any other costs or expenses associated with attending the event. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are additionally responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Rules, at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

By accepting a prize, winners grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their Instagram username and publicly available profile information for promotional purposes in connection with the Giveaway and the Fútbol Fiesta Fan Fest, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, platform outages, or issues attributable to Instagram.

All disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

To the extent that any aspect of this Giveaway is subject to the laws of Mexico, the applicable local laws shall govern with respect to participants residing in that jurisdiction.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.). By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram, and they release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway.

Information collected from participants will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and prize fulfillment, in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy. Participant information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Giveaway or as required by law.
